A while back, Greece internally selected Demy as their representative, which got many fans excited. Now we know that there will be a national final to select the song that she will sing at Eurovision this year.
The Greek National Final will take place on the 6th of March at 21:00 CET, where Demy will feature in 3 video clips with the competing songs. The clips have been filmed in both Greece and the Eurovision host this year, Ukraine.
The viewers will vote for their favourite song through televoting, and also during the show, there will be nine representative Greeks who are living abroad who will also cast their votes, which will contribute to the final results.
The Greek representative Demy will appear on the show live as well, alongside the composer Dimitris Kontopoulos and the stage director Fokas Evangelinos. Cypriot representative Hovig will also take part in the program, assumedly to perform his 2017 entry. The show will be hosted by Greek actor Antonis Loudaros and Elena Bouzala, a journalist.
